SHIPPING

 All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner Bpost Business, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt.
 Delivery costs will be displayed on your cart. You can find delivery costs and approximate delivery terms listed by country beneath. 
It is not possible to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery propositions by Bpost.

RETURN POLICY

Les Sagas works hard at making their customers happy and we do hope you will like our products. You have the right to return your order, provided you give us written notice within 15 days of reception of the goods, by email to webshop@lessagas.com and return the goods unused, in their original package, with all labels. For orders returned within the 15- day period, we will issue you with a refund or store credit (Shipping costs not included). Please note you will need to return the entire order to us in good condition within this 15-day period at your own expense. Information on refunds can be found in our FAQ.

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, from the original delivery country. 
We recommend that you insure the return shipment of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds and store credits will be issued within 10 days of us receiving back the goods in impeccable condition. Items should be returned unused and with all Les Sagas and other tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a store credit refused. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags, and other tags should be included with your return.


Les Sagas has a store in Galerie Bortier 11, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. You are welcome to return your goods in our store as well. We will issue with a refund or store credit if goods are in original condition. We will gladly assist you in your selection.
