Shipping
All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner Bpost Business, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. You can choose to deliver your order at home or at work. Shipping costs per package for Belgium are 7,5 €. FREE SHIPPING in Belgium on orders over 100 €. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Return
Les Sagas works hard at making their customers happy and we do hope you will like our products. You have the right to return your order, provided you give us written notice within 15 days of reception of the goods, by email to webshop@lessagas.com and return the goods unused, in their original package, with all labels. For orders returned within the 15- day period, we will issue you with a refund or store credit (Shipping costs not included). Please note you will need to return the entire order to us in good condition within this 15-day period at your own expense. Information on refunds can be found in our FAQ.
