We have been making cauldron-cooked olive oil black soap here at the soap factory in Salon-de-Provence using traditional crafts expertise for over 110 years.

A very effective natural cleaner for the whole house, ecological and economical, it can easily replace about a dozen other specific householder cleaning products.

Very practical in its 500ml dispenser, it will soon be a must-have in your kitchen.

Our black soap is made to our own exclusive patented formula based on olive oil. Beware of imitations!

Details

The author
 In 1900, Marius Fabre started up his soap-making factory in his garden shed, in Salon-de-Provence. Today, for over 110 years and through four generations, his family tries and succeeds to keep the threatened know-how alive: making true Marseilles soap by conserving the techniques of saponification of high quality raw materials in cauldrons.

The object
The soap is made using only vegetable oils, especially olive oil. No colorants or synthetic substances are added. This exceptional purity renders it beneficial for the skin and environmental-friendly.

Usage

Around the house and in the kitchen :

  • Cleans floors and all types of surfaces
  • Removes grease on ovens, hobs, extractors, frying pans, etc.
  • Cleans windows and fire insert glasses
  • Removes stains on tablecloths, napkins, tea towels, etc.
  • For machine washing

 Its rich olive oil content nourishes your hands and skin, unlike most other household cleaning products.

 Its highly concentrated formula means that only a little goes a really long way.

Shipment and returns

Shipping

All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner Bpost Business, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. You can choose to deliver your order at home or at work. Shipping costs per package for Belgium are 7,5 €. FREE SHIPPING in Belgium on orders over 100 €. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
For all other countries, please find shipping costs and delivery time in our shipping and return policy. 

Return

Les Sagas works hard at making their customers happy and we do hope you will like our products. You have the right to return your order, provided you give us written notice within 15 days of reception of the goods, by email to webshop@lessagas.com and return the goods unused, in their original package, with all labels. For orders returned within the 15- day period, we will issue you with a refund or store credit (Shipping costs not included). Please note you will need to return the entire order to us in good condition within this 15-day period at your own expense. Information on refunds can be found in our FAQ.
