Shipping

How soon will I receive my order and how much will it cost?

All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner Bpost Business, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. Delivery costs will be displayed on your cart. You can find delivery costs and approximate delivery terms listed by country in the shipping and return policy. It is not possible to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery propositions by Bpost.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details. We do not automatically provide you with a tracking number. Please send an email to <a href="mailto:webshop@lessagas.com">webshop@lessagas.com</a> if you wish to receive a tracking number.

What happens when I'm not at home?

The package will be delivered at your door. When no one is home there will be left a note in your mailbox, saying you can pick up your package and sign for it at your nearest post office or ask for a second passage at the same address.

Payment

How will I know you received my order and when will my payment be deducted?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains information about your order and payment details. Upon receipt of this email we will have charged your credit card.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Les Sagas?

As we are most mindful of the confidential treatment of your personal data, we use the SSL protocol, one of the most performing systems developed for secure payment. What secure payment system is used in this site? The SIPS (Secure Internet Processing Services) is a secure payment solution developed for e-commerce and remote payment transactions by Atos Worldline, a firm that since 1996 is active in the field of e-commerce and e-banking.  In accordance with Belgian and International regulations, SIPS automates the payment transaction between the shopper and merchant through secure internet connections and a payment gateway. Can I ask for a refund?

You can choose to ask for a refund. If you wish to get a refund, please send an email to webshop@lessagas.com. We will refund the amount of your order or offer you a store credit. Notice! We do not offer refunds on orders purchased during a promotion. In this case we offer you store credit for the amount of your original order. Note that shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

What if I need an invoice?

Write us a mail at webshop@lessagas.com with subject INVOICE and all invoice information, and we will send you an invoice for the sold goods by mail.

Gifts

How can I get a gift wrap?

Les Sagas’ gift wrap is used upon request in the comment section on the PayPal page or by e-mail at webshop@lessagas.com. Do you wish to add a personal message, please send us a note in the comment section or by e-mail at webshop@lessagas.com with your order details and we do the necessary. Gift wrap and adding a personal message are both without supplementary cost.

Order

How do I make a purchase?

Once you’ve clicked on your "CART", you can select "CHECKOUT". You will arrive at the checkout page where you will see a review of what is in your cart. Here you have the chance to proceed to the checkout process by clicking the ‘CHECKOUT’ button or or make changes to your order.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items should be in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, another customer can still buy it until you have completed your order. If the product you wish to buy is out of stock you can click here to send us an email (webshop@lessagas.com) if you want to get notified if this product is back in stock.

Delivery

Do I need to sign for my order?

We require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
